Returns & Exchanges

The Row accepts returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that all footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged shoebox to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS or DHL return shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Tracking

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and retain your drop-off receipt to track the status of your return.
